Abby Goodman of Molina Healthcare: Moving Up

Abby Goodman, an IT Manager at Molina Healthcare, is a driven businesswoman with over a decade of experience and an extensive education. She’s steadily moved up the ranks since beginning her career, taking some time to build skills and find her professional passions that led her to project management.

Initially, in 2009, Molina Healthcare’s Abby Goodman was a Tournament Assistant for the PGA tournament known as the Frys.com Open in Scottsdale, AZ. She then became a Membership Programs & Services Coordinator with the Arizona Women’s Golf Association in Phoenix, AZ, before taking an opportunity to work with the Apollo Education Group as a Senior Administrative Assistant. 

From there, she became an Executive Administrator with the Apollo Education Group​, then an IT Project Manager, still in Phoenix, AZ. In 2015, she received an offer to serve as an IT Project Manager at Molina Healthcare and moved to California to accept it.
